So glad to see you guys! Thanks so much for the update @Tart Cherry Jam !! It's good that you're back - I am wondering how the time change will affect me too @SquarePegGuy .

I haven't been doing well with sleep the past few months - it's been really disturbed and all over the place. I have a pdoc appointment in a month and I am going to ask her if it's okay to increase the hydroxyzine. I have been on the same dosage for almost 2 years, and maybe I think I need more. Can't hurt to ask! But I am completely off the Lithium now, and doing really well otherwise. CPAP was giving problems because I thought it was pushing WAY too much air at one point, but it seems to have fixed itself for some reason. I may have to keep an eye on it.
