So glad to see you @Nammu - I know how the winter months can be for people. I feel that way too - it's been that way for years. Just the early darkness, the cold, the just inevitabilty of the whole thing coming down on me is just so overwhelming sometimes. I am sorry you feel bad too @Blueberrybook - sometimes when we are stable for a long time it feels like we are indeed overdue for something - I often wonder about that - for me, Easter is that time for me because I ALWAYS used to get hospitalized around that time, and it would be so detrimental and drastic.
Hugs to you guys, I am so glad you are at least posting so we can see how you all are. I love our little check-in thread here because it helps us all feel a little accountable for each other and we can come together as a bipolar community and support each other - it is needed so much; we really have to stick together.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday - I said a prayer for all of you in church this morning, I hope things get better for us, and we get through this winter.
