Thanks Lady Shadow!I'm doing ok, my wife went on vacation, but will be back in 2 weeks. I'm sorry you're having a hard time sleeping. Sometimes when I can't sleep, I lie on my back in bed , hold my breath, and count to 20 or 30 in my head, whatever feels comfortable, then breath in. Repeat as long as it takes.
Its soothing to me. Doesn't work for everyone. Just a suggestion. Take care.
