I'm scared my psychiatrist meeting won't go well. Or I'll have to wait a while for a visiting nurse. I need meds in me fast. I just don't know what to say to convey the urgency without triggering a hospitalization. And why do my wrists have to feel tight, ****. I often go mute with this pdoc.
