@MuddyBoots I use my phone to take my pics [emoji2] but I got this phone specifically to capture these pics. It's a Pixel 9 Pro XL because its camera is very good. That, and going to a dark place helps a lot.

My anxiety is high but it's manageable. I am feeling kind of low and irritable today, so I'm reminding myself to be more patient.

I haven't done any meditation, I just can't get into it. My thoughts are just coming up in quick succession and if I try to relax, I fall asleep [emoji21]

I think this is happening because my sleep is way down (4..5 hours).
