How have you worked with your paranoia in the past and has it been useful? Trying to get past it might paradoxically entail paying attention to it; understanding its nature; what you are trying to communicate to yourself, alongside maintaining a sense of solid reality. The fact that you can identify these thoughts and beliefs as paranoid seems important and can help anchor you in reality.
