Welcome to MSF @WitchInCasper - I am sorry you have challenges with ADD. I find with myself that I am blind to many of the things I suffer from because I am habituated to them and accept them as the way things are.

There are ADD support groups and therapists but I am not sure how much those would help. The only way to get good reliable advice on medication is to talk to a psychiatrist and see if they think it is justified trying meds. A lot may depend on how disruptive these traits are. Is your husband just being picky or are there serious consequences from the symptoms you have?

Are there other people you can safely ask like family about how much they notice symptoms and how alarming are they? Partners are not the most reliable guides because they often see all the faults you have which can mean that you are not acting the way they want you to act. They will never be satisfied because their expectations are usually so unrealistic.
