I just had an amazing gp visit. She’s given me blood pressure meds for the anxiety. It will stop the shaking and lower my heart rate. Bonus is I can take it 3x a day. She’s also given me contrave for appetite suppressant. It’s normally $100 a pack but she had free samples. In exchange I must go see a dietitian. Ughhhh. It’s a small price to pay.
