I worry about the same thing @ raspberrytorte If the oompah loompa takes away SSDI I don't know what I will do. Especially since Med D apparently cut the good plans here and I'm going to have to pay a lot more for meds even with insurance. The last few years I've had really good plans and barely paid a thing aside from my premium. Not true anymore. I haven't even been able to go back in and search more specifically after I found out that my plan is gone and there is nothing like it without looking at details carefully.
I really hope that what I learned in high school is true and that the senior lobby is so powerful that nobody can cross them on things like social security and medicare. Of course that still leaves SSDI as a separate program. But I don't need to repeat what we all know already.
