Well they called again tonight,.. and it turns out he was able to fix my older computer which I'm using now. The other one has been "restoring registry" for 40 hours or so now. I'll give it to 48 at least before I end that.

Very intelligent and understanding guy "Bob" in India. He assures me that is his name. He had a slight accent and perfect, no really, perfect English. If all help from India was like what he gives, I wouldn't have a problem

ANY way, it appears the problem is with my IP. They aren't compatible with most of what is being updated today. Good ole Earthlink.

I'm not using it right now, just the service through mozilla. I have to uninstall it from the newer computer once it's done (if ever!)
