Okay so I received my discharge letter from the service which stated I’d had 5 sessions, this went to my gp so will go on my medical records. I queried it as I only had 3 sessions, the therapist replied the initial phone assessment (done months ago before I went on the waiting list) was classed as a session, also the 10 minute phone call I had as a review afterwards was also classed as a session.

I would never have thought of that being sessions. Anyhow the therapist said she’d rewrite the letter so it’s clearer.
