I'm not sure what CBT is. I do crunches (not sit ups) and a couple other things that take about 20 min to do but it's just not doing much if anything at all. I'll try working out with the kids, that's a good idea.

As for my eating habits, they are terrible. I can't feed my kids boiled chicken and brown rice. I've picked up a new hobby, cooking, and who can't eat what they cook. I try to play head games with myself. I taped a piece of paper on my fridge that said "Stop eating your fat pig", along with a picture of myself when I was fit. It worked for a little bit, then I just ignored them and eventually didn't see it at all. I wish I could have my gaws wired shut. I may have lost my athletic body but my athletic appetite didn't go away at all.

You are right I've got to stop thinking black and white. All my life I've put all of myself into something, Softball during school years and lifting after I graduated. Now my obsession is my kids. It's hard to re-wire your way of thinking, it basically is a lot of who I am.
