Half cup of oatmeal, two tablespoons flaxseed, a banana and a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk for breakfast.

Beans, rice, peas. Have to get some tofu marinating next. Have grape tomatoes and cucumbers I need to eat in the fridge. My goal is to stick to 1200 calories per day. I've done this in the past and managed to lose weight, even while being on seroquel.
