I did pilates this morning 
@ BeyondtheRainbow I do have my regular 6 month checkup with the PCP next week, so I will definitely mention it then. It hurts pretty badly when I first get up but less as the day goes on. I am starting to think that about an hour after I take my Cymbalta in the morning, the pain lessens quite a bit. I'm also embarrassed about waiting so long; it's been nearly 2 weeks now.
