Do you watch ChelseaMae on facebook? She is in new zealand. She recently said our real need is to have things SIMPLE and that will help with our consistency. It sounds like what you are doing, sticking to a fairly short list of foods. Thats what i am doing. My blood sugar is better (type 2 diabetes), not sure how my weight is, and i am sleeping much better, way less heartburn.
