I would advise you not to stop your meds. Your PMDD is likely messing with you. I know it did me. Menopause helped me tremendously. But listening to the PMDD is not helpful. You’ll be worse off if you quit meds. I think you are more frustrating with them doling them out and not giving them to you weekly of monthly and the PMDD is affecting your thinking. You’re finding reasons to rationalize you quitting. Hormones suck man. But don’t let them win.
