I had my dental cleaning. Bad news: I will need to spend a lot of money changing very old fillings and crowns. We have been postponing it but now need to fix the problem, because on one side I have new and hard crowns and one implant on the bottom and these are destroying the weak surfaces on top of that side. So the top teeth need to be protected. This will cost much more than the insurance would pay for, especially give that with our new dental insurance vendor, my dentist of more than 10 years is out of network.
Good news: my dentist again praised my oral care. I told her I now floas twice a day. She said such habits really pay off.
