I was taking 5mg thc/10mg CBD ones too. Sometimes they didn’t bother me but sometimes I’d panic. I think it was more of a mindset/setting thing. Like I over think things and get paranoid easily especially when I’m alone. It probably wouldn’t have been so bad if I was with someone. I may try them again at some point. There’s even smaller doses they have like 2mg THC. Might start with those then work my way up. But I am getting a vape today. Hopefully it helps my anxiety. It’s been a few months since I’ve vaped THC and I miss it. It’s not something I’d do all day every day but once in awhile or at the end of the day or on weekends it’s nice to relax
