I had 1/2 cup of chili for breakfast. For lunch I’m having an egg wrap. Which is 2 scrambled eggs with Italian mixed cheese wrapped up in a flour tortilla kinda like a burrito. Dinner I’m not sure yet. I think I might have plain oatmeal with raisins and a piece of wheat toast with butter.
I’m really trying to rein in my binge eating cause it’s become a big problem. So I’m working on that. Eventually I can improve the quality of my food but right now my priority is not binge eating.
And I’ve been exercising. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill today with an incline of 7. Plus I took a 25 minute walk outside this morning. So far I’m at 8,103 steps and it’s only just now going on 11am.
