Yay! I made it another night without binge eating before bed! 😊 Today I ate fruit, walnuts, vegetables, and vegan shepherd's pie for dinner (think normal shepherd's pie, but tempeh in place of the meat, and soy milk in the mashed potatoes instead of regular milk). With chocolate/peanut butter mousse for dessert (made with tofu) but I only had a little bit of it.
I'm not too worried about my weight anymore. I mean, I care, but it's not something that's constantly bothering me. I'll lose weight. No problems.
