Ate two apples, two bananas, a cucumber, and cup of grape tomatoes, half a cup of oatmeal, two tablespoons of flaxseed, a fourth cup of walnuts and numerous cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk today. Husband and I went for a walk, then after school we went with our daughter to the park and played volleyball and it was FREEZING, but I got some exercise in.
