Your client shouldn’t yell, she needs to be taught proper communication but overall her behaviors are due to her being unwell.
You often state that you want people to be understanding and patient with you due to your disability and you being unable to control yourself etc
This situation is likely similar, but this time you are probably expected to be patient and understanding of your clients disability.
If you are moved to a different client, then I’d not say nothing. But if you are back with her, maybe your supervisor could help to remedy the situation
