It would be really sensible to go straight to your ER or Accident & Emergency department with this, just to be on the safe side and get checked out. At the very least call your Doctor's reception and explain your symptoms, and ask their advice - I would hope they would tell you to get checked out immediately. It's far better to seek professional advice than sit worrying. I am sure they will look after you quickly and get your situated treated effectively.
