My mom says I'm eating a lot of crackers. She says I should at least be eating the Ritz kind with peanut butter or cheese for protein. But I did drink a breakfast essentional this morning which has protein and carbs. I'm drinking a lot of water. Not too much of anything else. I got some sourdough pastas, I wonder how they will be.
