Well, i guess i'll join you. I'm doing well with exercise, might as well try to diet. I'm cautious because i'm in menopause and since it started four years ago i haven't been able to lose weight. So i'm dialing my expectations low. I'm determined to try, and the possibility of losing weight excites me, but i know the deck is stacked against me.
I made the decision at 2:00pm. I ate junk before that. But since, i've only had a protein shake and plain mixed veg and swilled lots of water. I feel okay, maybe some mouth-hunger which i'm coping with by brushing my teeth.
Oh, if this diet would work, i would be so happy! But i must not get ahead of myself. I have quite a bit of weight to lose and it will take time.
