I just used my ab roller. I haven't used that thing in at least a year. It was so dusty. I did 20 of them. I also did 23 minutes on my treadmill earlier.
I think I'm just super out of shape and thats why I have all these aches and pains. I didn't have them 1.5 years ago.
Tommorow I'll do the Supernatural game on my VR headset. That is a pretty fun and fast 30 minutes
I had a microwaved scrambled egg for dinner and then I forced myself to drink a slim fast half an hour ago even though I wasn't hungry. I was too low and my therapist warns me all the time of starvation mode.
I'm probably still low but eff it. I can't make everyone happy.
