Thank you! That's actually what I'm doing right now, drinking tea
and I have some ice packs in the freezer that I can use for cold. Usually vaccines don't affect me too much but if they do it goes away quick cause I take it easy for a day instead of pushing myself to exercise and be productive like I normally do. Tomorrow I only have two things I need to do. Go to the food pantry and go to the nutrition class but those are both easy things, other than that I can rest
