I collect this certain brand of soda bottle and wanted to see if they had any of the ones I don't have yet, but they didn't, so instead I came home with Bailey's and underwear...

Barely ate yesterday. My CM just said she'd tell my pdoc I'm down, thinks I could be anemic again (food tw)

I have records of 5 CBCs in 2024 and my MCH levels were always between 26.0 and 27.2, my highest MCHC I have access to is 32.9 but it's averaged at about 31.9, and according to mychart's values I've never had an MPV that wasn't low (b/t 8.6 and 9.2) and that's not including the April labs that were way off for whatever shenanagins I was up to, so please tell me of this "easy fix" especially keeping in mind I had ONE CUP of yogurt this morning and after taking my meds and getting back in the car I had to get right back out to upchuck. )

I just did some paperwork for nh work stuff. ughhh why do I feel I fked that up?
