She does not have to complain so much.
Tell her that you know it hurts, but you don't want to listen to her complaining all the time. And if the pain is worse than tolerable, then maybe she would be advised to speak to her doctor about it.
Explain to her that you do expect her to clean up after herself.
Think about what you consider to be reasonable - in terms of what you will and will not do, then let her know.
