I like phone sessions. I like getting to hear the tone of her voice. Plus way less stimulation. I find I can concentrate better vs in-person.
Is there a chance you could do virtual? To get to see each other and see facial expressions?

Texting was difficult for me at times especially when there was no set appointments. I never knew when the therapist would reply back. Also sometime the therapist would only reply back with one sentence.
Yes I can do phone, virtual and chat/text. I am hoping that we can do virtual soon right now I'm so nervous. Also on the betterhelp I have now a app on my phone too so I'm not stuck only using the computer.
The only thing that is different is that I am not walking to the therapist office and meeting them face to face.
I feel like the support now has increased to where im feeling better. I think texting therapy is good, but it sure has it's limits.
