I am so sorry that happened to you. That lady sounds like a real cross to bear. I don't know how much her condition affected her character, but I think she treated you horribly. Your manager seems like a burden too. Wish I knew what to say to help.

So sorry again for what happened to you. Care givers are people who I greatly, greatly admire. I may need one someday as I am almost 70 years old. Wish I could make those bad experiences you had go away. My heart goes out to you.
