Would you be able to sip on something like ginger tea or ginger ale? That's very soothing to the digestive system and might help with possible anxiety too.

Or maybe Gatorade? If you're throwing up, you may be dehydrated and need the electrolytes.

Don't try to drink a lot all at once to start. Tiny sips every few minutes might help you get rehydrated and settled faster.
