I started having a panic attack and dissociation earlier but somehow got it to stop. I started cleaning and decluttering and that took my mind off of it. Now I feel better. I'm just preparing for my violin lesson, it's in about 3 hours from now. Been practicing
I did that tapping thing my therapist showed me in EMDR. And I put cold water on my face, and distracted myself with a show.
