Took a LONG power walk this morning, about 5 miles. Afraid I am heading into a mixed episode. Those are always fun (NOT). Did the weight tension machines at the park. I may have to stick to power walking for the time being as it's less destructive on my body than running. May try a run later this week, if it cools off. 80F this morning, and I think I was a bit dehydrated and may have overheated some; I know the quetiapine I take comes with a warning about intaking adequate fluids and avoiding overheating.

Oh, the holidays stress me out so much.

Squarepeg - Are you doing any better? With that much fluid loss, you should look into finding an urgent care place that will give you an IV to replace the liquids or an ER if you don't have an urgent care around that does the IV rehydration.
