I’ve been there. I could have written those posts myself two years ago.

I had a therapist tell me to go on YouTube and look up Darren McGee covert narcissism, and Lise LeBlanc borderline personality disorder and covert narcissism

I went back to my office and put my earbuds in while I worked. The stuff those therapists explained hit the nail on the head for me so resoundingly that I thought I was going to throw up in my garbage can.

Maybe they’ll have some answers for you too?? Or maybe your situation is different
