I have gone out and found a lawyer who specializes in disability rights. Showed her the decisions of my university’s “legal” process on accommodations, with which she disagreed (in lawyer talk it’s an “incorrect assessment”). She is sending them a demand letter on accommodations after the holiday to try to get them to fall into line peaceably.
