You are my friend. You are an incredibly cool, honest, caring, supportive and delightful and beautiful (inside and out) person. I am so glad I met you!

We have to let go of the hard stuff, as much as we prefer not to say the things out loud that bring us down, we have to, so it doesn't get too hairy - especially when and where we do not want it to - and by doing this, we make room for more easy stuff, you know?

I didn't always practice this myself. I'm working on it now. It bites me in the bum if I don't.

You deserve every good thing. You are a joy - and part of keeping that joy is recycling the junk that weighs us down.
