I'm not quite sure how I gained 7 pounds in 2 days. Doctors are just like "work out and eat healthy." ***** I've been doing that for the past 5 days that I gained the weight.
At least I'm not achy from my workout. Before 20 ab roller push ups would knock me out the entire next day. Now I don't feel achy at all from the 160 I did.
