Hell yeah. My last IEA was a year ago from five days from today and a big part of what led to that was severe disordered eating.

This time of year is always just a shitshow lately. It's not even winter or winter-like. Permanent darkness and endless expectations? Sure. Actually having a decent snow pack instead of a bunch of melting and freezing water around? Gotta wait a month I guess.
