I wish I were slim again too, but oh well. All I can do is my best by eating healthy. Had two bananas, two peanut butter sandwiches, a plain baked potato, and little less than a cup of grape tomatoes, and four cups of unsweetened almond milk today.
I calculated my calories and all is good. I feel much better when I eat peanut butter during the day. Think I was lacking in protein or something.
