That is awesome! What a great workout!
I did a 6 mi power walk this morning, but conditions were not optimal for my normal pace, had to slow down a little. It was foggy with a light rain, and the roads were slick & wet. I definitely did not want to fall and injure myself again!
I wanted to use the outside weights at the park, but they were wet today because it rained hard yesterday; the overhead covering did not keep them dry. Thinking about getting out my dumbells and doing a few arm exercises later.
