I find that sometimes I feel like I’m walking on shifting sands. I can find the right tools for a period of time and then it’s as though I wake up one morning and find something different about my mental health state (or at least I perceive it as different when it probably isn’t) that sends me sliding back into anxiety and depression.
Can’t you define “mental health platform” a bit more, please? Do you mean the tools or support techniques you use yourself to stay healthy and stable, or are you referring to a specific online support app or support area online?
