Did 30 minutes on the treadmill at an incline of 7.

So far I’ve had a bagel with cream cheese and plain Greek yogurt today. Trying to decide what else to eat today. Probably some soup and crackers. And then maybe for dinner Swiss cheese/scrambled egg sandwich. Probably snack on frozen grapes

Anyway yeah idk. I know my foods aren’t like the healthiest but I’m really focusing on one thing right now which is cutting back on the sweets like pastries etc cause those are the most difficult thing for me. So I’m just making very small minute changes over a long period of time so I can stick with it easier. I can’t do sweeping changes all at once or it always backfires and I end up failing. So yeah just working on things little by little.
