I live in a pretty good area for walking. Am really fortunate in that regard.
I did Yin yoga today. I am planning to walk in the evening while wearing a 12 lb weighted vest. It is raining and I love the smell of air when it rains. I may even put on my almost new rain boots for the first time this season.
