@ Tart Cherry Jam - Walking is great exercise. I wish I lived where I could walk to appointments, stores, etc., but everything is so spaced out; there is only 1 Walgreens store I can walk to, usually having to jaywalk the street because of the crosswalk light being broken.
I slowed down today and did pilates. I was pretty tired and my body needing a break from power walking. May or may not walk tomorrow; there is a good chance of rain, and it is also my daughter's birthday. |
