aww, well done, I can see how much of a step this is for you, I have also experienced this before! Times when you are in such desperation where u feel you need to tell someone, but when it comes to it you feel you cant talk about it... all I can say to you is, just relax, try to open up and just remember that you trust the person. You'll probably struggle at first, but it will get easier
