I have the worst luck sometimes. Three (maybe 4 if we meet on Monday in an empty office?) sessions left and my car has a dead battery. I couldn't get there in time. The plan was M, T, Th, so I guess now it's T, W, Th. At least I still get all the final sessions we'd planned.

Sometimes I have something nice happen. I have really bad arthritic pain in my knees. Last week I went in to get a steroid injection for my shoulder bursitis. I guess there was a systemic effect from the steroid. My knees feel better! They're not great, but there have been definite functional improvements. I pushed it too far today though.
