I am definitely sore from jogging yesterday, pretty tired too. My quad no worse than before though. Today I just did pilates. I LOVE the "Move with Nicole" pilates series on YouTube! First, it's free, which is always good. Second, I don't know how she does it, but she makes the time go by so quickly, you don't even realize you've been at it for 30 min.
