Do you have T or someone to talk to, and work on replacing the cutting with a more positive coping mechanism?
Be safe. You are allowed to express anger (even if your mind and other people say differently) but maybe you can choose to do something else instead of cutting or being angry at some people (even though at times, it's perfectly allowed).
What about punching a pillow, or getting some paper and ripping it into shreds? Just don't hurt yourself in the process.
