The only mental health person I recall having dreams with is my very problematic ex-T. They seemed to reflect the state of out relationship fairly accurately, or my progress in processing what happened, after termination. In one she was speaking therapeutic nonsense at me, and when I started to losing focus and just finding comfort in her presence, she just kinda wasn't there anymore. In another one she turned into some sort of a monster (or turned out to be a monster) and I attacked her but she started pushing something down my throat, then I "woke" and found that I was gnawing on my own hand and then woke up for real. This was towards the end when the relationship was pretty much ruined. I told her about it but she couldn't really process it at that point. In theory, psychodynamic types are very much into dreams, though, no? Other modalities, not too sure.
